1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and G89com ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 2 Account Registration

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits are credited to your G89com wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically reflected instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution.

The minimum single deposit on G89com is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though G89com may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

G89com does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third party may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation.

4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available G89com balance at any time, provided your account is in good standing and your identity has been verified. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

  • GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within approximately 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
  • Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within 2 hours.
  • PESONet bank transfers may take up to one banking business day.
  • The minimum single withdrawal amount on G89com is ₱200.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

G89com offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each offer carries its own specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply on G89com:

  • Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
